新中国成立初期农村妇女走向社会的动因探析——以福建妇女耕山队为例

An Analysis on the Causes of Rural Women Going to Society in the Early Period of New China——Taking Fujian Women's Mountain-plowing Team as an Example

中华人民共和国成立,广大妇女获得解放,不断地加入社会劳动。通过考察福建妇女耕山队这一群体,充分利用档案资料和田野调查资料,探析农村妇女走出家庭不断加入社会劳动的动因:社会转型背景下国家和政府的需要与支持、妇女实现自身解放的迫切需求、完善的社会动员促进福建农村妇女的家务劳动社会化。随着国家对乡村振兴的号召,农村妇女的作用再一次得到重视。结合福建妇女耕山队的成功经验可以为当代妇女工作的展开有提供借鉴。

Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,women have been liberated and joined the social labor.By investigating Fujian women's mountain-plowing team and making full use of file data and field survey data,this paper makes an analysis of the causes of rural women stepping out of home and entering into social labor:the needs and support of the state and the government under the background of social transformation,the urgent need for women to realize their own liberation,and the perfect social mobilization to promote the socialization of Fujian rural women's housework.With the country's call for rural revitalization,the role of rural women has once again received attention.The successful experience of Fujian women's mountain-plowing team can provide some inspirations for the development of contemporary women's work.
