摘要
技术进步和员工队伍建设是民营煤矿发展的两个轮子,而员工队伍建设则是一切工作的前提和基础。尤其是随着每一次的技术进步而导致员工队伍重新更新组合的时候,人才结构的搭配是否合理,组织管理效能是否高效,便成了成功与否的关键。能否顺势而行,及时建立符合企业实际,为全体员工所共同认同和遵守的企业文化和行为规范,将不同的文化理念和行为作风整合到统一的目标理念旗帜之下,建设具有高度凝聚力、战斗力的员工队伍,便成了民营煤炭企业能否安全发展、高效发展的前提和关键。要适应员工队伍构成特点的变化,扬长避短,抓住关键,优化路径。一要建设符合企业自身特点的行之有效的企业文化,二要建立健全科学合理的员工激励机制,三要建设以执行文化为核心的制度体系,四要增强员工培训的针对性实效性。
Technical progress and staff construction are the two wheels of the development of private coal mine,and staff construction is the premise and foundation of all work.Especially when there is a need to renew and reconstruct the staff team along with every step of technical progress,it's a key to success whether the talent structure is rational,and the organization and management is efficient.To construct a staff team with great cohesiveness and high combat effectiveness is the precondition for the safe and efficient development of the private coal mine.To adapt to the changes in the characteristics of the staff,to make use of the strengths and avoid the weaknesses,to grasp the key and optimize the path,it's necessary to carry out the following measures.First,it is necessary to build an effective corporate culture in line with its own characteristics;second,it is necessary to establish and improve a scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism for employees;third,it is necessary to build a system with implementation culture as the core;fourth,it is necessary to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of employee training.
