多科室联合保温对腹腔镜下结直肠癌手术患者血清炎症因子的影响

Effect of multi-department combined thermal preservation on serum inflammatory factors in patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery

目的探讨多科室联合保温对腹腔镜下结直肠癌患者炎症因子的影响。方法选取江苏省苏北人民医院行腹腔镜下结直肠癌手术的90例患者为研究对象,并随机分为A组(常规保温)、B组(术中保温)和C组(多科室联合保温)。术前1 d(T 0)、术后第1天(T 1)、术后第3天(T 2)、术后第5天(T 3)采集外周血,检测血清中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果与T 0时点比较,3组术后各时点IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平均显著升高(P<0.05)(除C组T 3时点、TNF-α水平外)。T 1、T 2、T 3时点,C组IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平显著低于A、B组(P<0.05)。结论多科室联合保温措施可以减少低体温的发生,减轻机体免疫应激损害。

Objective To observe multi-department combined thermal preservation on serum inflammatory factors in patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery.Methods A total of 90 patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery in Subei People′s Hospital were selected as subjects,and were randomly divided into A group(conventional thermal preservation),B group(intraoperative thermal preservation)and C group(multi-department combined thermal preservation).Blood samples of three groups were collected,and the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),C reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in each group were detected on the first day before operation(T 0),and the first day(T 1),the third day(T 2)and the fifth day(T 3)after operation.Results At T 1,T 2 and T 3,the levels of IL-6,CRP and TNF-αin the C group were significantly lower than those in the A and B groups(P<0.05).Compared with T 0,IL-6,CRP and TNF-αlevels in the three groups were increased at different time points after operation,except for the level of TNF-αat T 3 in group C(P<0.05).At T 1,T 2 and T 3,the levels of IL-6,CRP and TNF-αin group C were significantly lower than those in group A and B(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined heat preservation measures of multiple departments can reduce the occurrence of hypothermia and relieve immune stress damage.
