摘要 拱顶带模注浆工艺是针对现有衬砌混凝土浇筑技术的不足,提供一种隧道衬砌拱顶带模板注浆施工方法。该方法是采用带模板二衬注浆,注浆时间一般控制在两小时左右,且不占用正常衬砌混凝土施工时间;采用注浆管及微膨胀、缓凝、早强砂浆,在衬砌混凝土浇筑后及时进行注浆,浆液与衬砌混凝土能融合为一体,有效地提高衬砌混凝土与注浆材料间的整体性;并大大减少人力和时间成本,从而降低了整个工程成本,同时,该施工工艺还可以应用在公路、地铁、矿山等各种隧道施工中。 The purpose of the vault grouting with formwork technology is to provide a construction method of vault grouting with formwork in the tunnel lining in view of the shortcomings of existing concrete pouring lining technology.The method uses secondary lining grouting with formwork,and the grouting time is generally controlled in about two hours and not occuping the construction time of the normal concrete lining.The grouting pipe and mortar with characteristics of micro expansion,delayed coagulation and rapid hardening are used for lining.Grouting should be carried out in time after the pouring of the lining concrete.The slurry and the lining concrete can be integrated,effectively improving the integrity between the lining concrete and the grouting material.Moreover,the human cost and time cost can be greatly reduced,leading to the reduction in the cost of the whole project.Besides,this construction technology could also be applied in construction of various tunnels,such as roads,subways,mines,etc.
