Research on Innovation of Training Models for College Students’Employability and Professional Competence

信息全球化时代的到来意味着各国迎来了新的挑战,想要打赢这场时代的攻坚战,人才培养至关重要。当前人才培养的重点场所依然是高校,开展职业教育,提高学生就业能力,培养其职业胜任力,使高校学生在提高自身能力、更好地适应社会环境的同时,带动企业以及国家经济更好更快地发展。通过研究我国大学生就业能力与职业胜任力现状发现,只有提升学生的综合能力,不断完善高校课程设置,强化校企合作,才能切实促进大学生就业能力及职业胜任力的有效提升。

The arrival of the era of information globalization means that all countries have met new challenges.To win the battle of this era,talents training is crucial.At present,the key place of talents training is still colleges and universities.Vocational education should be carried out to improve students’employability and their professional competence,so that college students can not only improve their ability and adapt to the social environment better,but also promote the better and faster development of enterprises and national economy.Through the study of the current situation of the employability and professional competence of college students in China,it is found that only by improving the comprehensive ability of students,constantly improving the curriculum and strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises,can the employment ability and professional competence of college students be effectively promoted.
