摘要
大学体育是实施素质教育和培养全面发展人才不可缺少的重要途径,大学体育课程设置是否科学合理,与能否有效地培养人才存在着重大的关系。针对高校大学体育教学现状,基于认知心理学,结合“金课”的基本特征,对大学体育课程教学改革提出建议:以学生为中心不断进行总结,对大学体育课程的教学方式进行改进、创新;以专业为中心对大学体育课程的教学内容、教学方式进行优化,将大学体育课程打造为“金课”。
College physical education is an important way to implement quality education and cultivate all-round talents.The scientific and reasonable curriculum of college physical education has a significant relation with the effective cultivation of talents.In view of the present situation of physical education teaching in colleges and universities,based on cognitive psychology and combined with the basic characteristics of“Gold Course”,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the reform of college physical education curriculum such as making continuous improvement and innovation on the teaching mode of college physical education curriculum by taking students as the center;carrying out the optimization on teaching contents and teaching ways of university physical education curriculum by taking the specialty as the center,making college physical education curriculum be“Gold Course”.
