碳钢表面制备高熵合金涂层及其耐腐性研究

摘要 在45钢表面制备出FeCoNiCrAl高熵合金涂层。OP、SEM和XRD分析表明,与具有BCC固溶体结构的铸态FeCoNiCrAl高熵合金电极不同,FeCoNiCrAl涂层具有BCC和FCC混合结构。在NaCl(3.5wt.%)溶液中的耐蚀性表明,制备有FeCoNiCrAl高熵合金涂层的45钢试样,其耐蚀性优于45钢,这是由于涂层试样含有较高Al、Cr的氧化物提高了涂层耐蚀性。
