摘要
在碱性高锰酸钾法测定海水化学需氧量的过程中,用水浴加热代替电热板加热.探讨最佳的水浴加热时间,并通过对实际水样的测定,探究水浴加热法的测定结果的精密度和准确度.结果表明,水浴加热法测定结果的精密度和准确度均符合相关要求,并且通过合理的安排,可极大优化实验流程,提高实验效率,达到省时、省力、节能的目的.
During the determination of seawater chemical oxygen demand(COD)by the alkaline potassium permanganate method,water bath heating is used instead of electric heating plate heating.The best heating time of water bath is discussed.By measuring the actual water samples,the precision and accuracy of the results is explored.The results show that the precision and accuracy of the measurement results of the water bath heating method meet the relevant requirements.The reasonable arrangement of the experimental process can greatly optimize the experimental process,improve the efficiency of the experiment,and save more time,labor and energy.
