模糊综合评判法在病险水库加固后工程效益评价中的应用

Application of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method in the Evaluation of the Engineering Benefit of Dangerous Reservoir Reinforcement

通过借助模糊综合评判法,构建病险水库加固后工程效益评价指标体系,提出工程效益指标评分标准,并结合专家意见,对病险水库除险加固后工程效益的改善情况做出相应评判。通过工程实例分析,结合水库实际运行资料及现场调研,表明其评判结果与水库加固后实际工程效益基本吻合。

By means of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper sets up an index system for reservoir reinforcement projects’benefit evaluation,puts forward the scoring standards,and evaluates the project benefit improvement of dangerous reservoirs after reinforcement considering the expert opinions.According to analysis of engineering examples,combined with actual operation data of reservoir and field investigation,the evaluation results are basically consistent with the actual project benefit of reservoir after reinforcement.
