Separation and performance evaluation for the poly-surfactant solution

摘要 聚表剂作为一种新型驱油剂,具有抗盐、较强的增黏性和乳化原油能力,成为陆相油田潜在的优势驱替剂,但聚表剂溶液分离方法及性能评价等方面的相关研究较少。采用溶液沉淀法实现聚表剂样品中高相对分子质量组分和低相对分子质量组分的分离,利用红外和GC/MS分析其官能团组分,考察不同质量浓度、温度、矿化度和剪切速率条件下的溶液黏度变化。结果表明:聚表剂CM-1是复杂高分子化合物,含有未聚合的功能性单体;从气质裂解结果可以看出含有相对分子质量为159、173和187的碎片离子;聚表剂溶液质量浓度为600 mg/L时主要有黏性,几乎无弹性;质量浓度为1000、1400 mg/L时,随着振荡频率的增加,聚表剂弹性模量变大;聚表剂活性物质可以与聚合物发生分离,活性物质不是通过化学反应架接到聚合物分子链上的,存在色谱分离现象。研究成果为聚表剂的现场实际应用提供了理论基础和指导。 As a new type of oil displacing agent,the polymer surfactant is characterized by salt resistance,strong viscosity increasing and emulsifying abilities of the crude oil,and has become the potential dominant displacing agent in continental oilfields.However,there are few studies on the separating method and performance evaluation of the poly-surfactant solution.With the help of the solution precipitating method,the separation between the high-molecular-mass components and low-molecular-mass components was achieved for the poly-surfactant sample.And furthermore the functional group components were analyzed by IR and GC/MS,and the viscosity changes of the solution under different mass concentrations,temperatures,salinities and shear rates were investigated.The results show that Poly-surfactant CM-1 is a complex high-molecule compound,which contains unpolymerized functional monomers.The GC/MS high-temperament cracking results show that the fragment ions with the relative molecular masses of 159,173,and 187 were discovered.At 600 mg/L for the poly-surfactant solution mass concentration,the poly-surfactant solution is mainly viscous without elasticity.When the mass concentrations are 1000 mg/L and 1400 mg/L,the elastic modulus of the polymer surfactant increases with the rise of the oscillation frequency.The active substance on the polymer surfactant can be separated from the polymer and cannot be grafted onto the polymer molecular chain by the chemical reaction,thus there is chromatographic separation phenomenon.The study results have provided the theoretical basis and guidance for the practical field application of the polymer surfactant.
