摘要
以STC15F2K60S2单片机为基础,采用优化的精密电压整流电路、信号峰值保持电路、低阻抗模拟开关和TLC5615型10位D/A转换芯片等构建了现场动平衡仪的运行状态测控系统。该系统能够通过单片机自带的AD采集动平衡仪关键测点信号,将信号传输至上位机并控制信号放大器的放大倍数,实现振动信号强度检测、信号的最优程控放大、传感器检测、动平衡仪运行状态检测,简化动平衡仪操作,提高检测效率。设计了幅值和频率可调的自校信号产生模块。
In this paper,STC15F2K60S2 single-chip microcomputer as the core,optimized precision voltage rectifier circuit,signal peak holding circuit,low impedance analog switch and TLC561510-bit DA conversion chip are designed to construct the operation state measurement and control system of field dynamic balancing instrument.Through the AD converter provided by the single chip microcomputer,the key measuring point signals of the dynamic balancing instrument are collected and transmitted to the upper bit machine,and the signal amplifier is controlled to enlarge reasonably.The system has realized vibration signal strength detection,signal optimal program-controlled amplification,sensor detection and dynamic balance test system state detection.The operation of dynamic balancing instrument is simplified and the efficiency is improved.At the same time,the self-correcting signal generating module with adjustable amplitude and frequency is realized.
