渐开线形和摆线形轮齿的钟表型延期保险机构分析

摘要 对渐开线形轮齿和摆线形轮齿的传动性、工艺性等进行分析对比。通过齿形强度计算、弹药射击试验,证明渐开线形轮齿钟表型延期保险机构的强度好,能更好地适应高过载线膛火炮用弹药工作要求。 The advantages and disadvantages in involuting gear teeth and pendulum gear teeth in terms of transmission and manufacturability are analyzed and compared.The application of tooth strength calculation and ammunition shooting test proves that the involute gear tooth clock type safety mechanism has good strength and can better adapt to ammunition for high overload line bore artillery.
