摘要
工程项目冲突对项目绩效有重要影响,根据冲突对项目的不同影响,选取时间尺度和功能性尺度作为研究切入点,并将冲突对项目的影响分为短期绩效和最终绩效,可分别用于评价冲突对项目影响的不同方面。基于以上分析,提出基于项目绩效改善的冲突管理策略,包括冲突危机公关以及冲突实务管理两方面。提出的冲突管理策略无论是从理论角度还是实务角度都具有较强的针对性。
It is believed that the project performance is significantly affected by conflict.Due to different evaluation scales,two evaluation scales are selected as the starting point of this research,i.e.,time interval evaluation scale and functional scale.From the view of time interval scale,the conflict affection to project can be expressed as short term performance and final performance,which are respectively used to evaluate different connotation of conflict.Based on the research conclusions above,the conflict management strategy is investigated in the direction of project performance improvement,which covers conflict crisis PR and conflict practice management.The proposed conflict management strategy is pertinent no matter from theoretical perspective or practical viewpoints.
