产教融合背景下高职院校与科技型中小企业的合作博弈分析

An Analysis of the Cooperative Game Between Higher Vocational Colleges and Technology-based SMEs in the Perspective of Industry-College Integration

产教融合是我国当前高等职业教育改革的重要政策,其中一个主要任务就是要提升高职院校的社会服务能力。社会服务是高等职业院校的重要职能之一,而中小微企业是高等职业院校重要的服务对象。高等职业院校应与中小微创业型企业形成功能互补、资源共享的协同创新生态系统。我国对科技型中小企业的扶持力度越来越大,科技型中小企业的快速成长不仅需要政府的支持,也需要高等职业院校提供技术创新服务。在发展区域经济加强科技创新服务方面,高等职业院校和科技型中小企业存在良好的合作基础,但是两者又存在一定的利益博弈,文章通过议价博弈的纳什解法,提出了双方合作博弈的收益分配策略。

The industry-College integration is an important policy for the current reform of higher vocational education in China.One of the main tasks is to improve the social service capabilities of higher vocational colleges.Social service is one of the important functions of higher vocational colleges,and small and medium-sized enterprises are important service targets Higher vocational colleges should form a collaborative innovation ecosystem with complementary functions and resource sharing with small and medium-sized enterprises.As China’s support for SMEs is growing,the rapid growth of SMEs requires not only government policy support,but also technological innovation services from higher vocational colleges.In the development of regional economy and the strengthening of scientific and technological innovation services,higher vocational colleges and high-tech SMEs have a good foundation for cooperation,but there is a certain interest game between them,and the income distribution strategy of the two sides is proposed through the Nash bargaining game.
