安徽省教育资源配置的空间分异、结构差异及绩效评价研究

A Research on the Spatial Difference,Structural Difference and Performance Evaluation of Educational Resources Allocation in Anhui Province

地区的教育水平对当地经济发展有着举足轻重的影响,而教育资源配置的合理性与教育水平的提升也有着密切的关联。文章以安徽省为研究对象,基于相关统计数据对安徽省教育资源配置的空间分异和结构差异进行理论分析,通过构建评价指标体系,运用聚类分析、因子分析方法对各地级市教育资源配置绩效水平进行综合评价。结果表明:在空间分异上,安徽省各级学校数量在地区间的分布呈现不同的特点,且结合人口因素来看,配置较为合理;在结构差异上,安徽省近年来加大了对学前教育的关注度,并优先保障了义务教育阶段的资源有效配置;在绩效评价上,合肥市、芜湖市和蚌埠市的教育资源配置绩效水平相对较高,而黄山市、池州市和宣城市有必要加强对教育的重视程度。

The educational level of a region has an important influence on the economic development,and the rationality of the allocation of educational resources is closely related to the improvement of educational level.Taking Anhui Province as the research object,the spatial and structural differences of educational resources allocation in Anhui Province are analyzed theoretically based on relevant statistical data.The results show that the distribution of the number of schools at all levels in Anhui has different characteristics in terms of spatial differentiation,and the allocation is reasonable in terms of population factors.In recent years,Anhui Province has attached great attention to preschooling,and has given priority to the effective allocation of resources on the compulsory education stage;in the performance evaluation,the performance level of educational resources allocation in Hefei,Wuhu and Bengbu is relatively high,and it is necessary to strengthen the importance of education in Huangshan,Chizhou and Xuancheng.
