妊娠期糖尿病患者“一病一品”服务项目的实施效果

Impact of "One disease,One product" Project for patients with gestational diabetes

目的观察"一病一品"项目对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者妊娠结局及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年6—12月本院收治的124例GDM患者为对照组,2019年1—6月的GDM患者166例为研究组。对照组接受常规血糖控制和护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上实施"一病一品"服务项目。比较2组患者血糖达标率、妊娠结局、新生儿并发症发生率、产后42 d纯母乳喂养率、生活质量评分和护理服务满意度。结果研究组血糖达标率和产后42 d纯母乳喂养率显著高于对照组(P <0.05),剖宫产、早产、羊水过多、高血压综合征、巨大儿和新生儿并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(P <0.05),产后42 d生活质量方面评分和护理服务满意度均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 "一病一品"项目可有效控制GDM孕产妇血糖,提高产妇纯母乳喂养率和产后生活质量,患者护理服务满意度高。

Objective To observe the influence of the"One disease,One product"project on pregnancy outcomes and quality of life in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 124 GDM patients admitted to our hospital from June to December 2018 were selected as control group,and 166 GDM patients from January to June 2019 were selected as study group.The control group was given routine blood glucose control and nursing intervention,the study group implemented"One disease,One product"based on the control group.The rate of blood glucose reaching to normal standard value,pregnancy outcome,incidence of neonatal complications,breastfeeding rate on postpartum 42 days,quality of life score,and satisfaction with nursing services were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the rate of blood glucose reaching to normal standard value and breastfeeding rate on postpartum 42 days in the study group were significantly higher(P<0.05),and the incidence of cesarean section,premature delivery,polyhydramnios,hypertension syndrome,fetal macrosomia,and newborn complications in the study group were significantly lower(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life on postpartum 42 days and satisfaction to nursing service in the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion"One disease,One product"project can effectively control blood glucose of GDM pregnant women,improve the maternal breastfeeding rate and postpartum quality of life,and these patients have higher care satisfaction.
