运用QC方法缩短开发井单井解释时间

摘要 油气层解释评价是油田勘探开发的重点环节,录井解释时长直接影响油田公司及钻探企业提质增效。针对此问题首先进行调查分析明确了开发井单井时长超出要求,确定了活动目标,通过对影响解释时长的症结进行分析,找出了解释成果表模版不符合要求及数据提取方式不合理2个要因,再针对要因制定了对策,实施后开发井单井解释时长由活动前的5.4 h降到了2.8 h。 Oil and gas reservoir interpretation and evaluation is the key link of oilfield exploration and development.The duration of logging interpretation directly affects the quality and efficiency improvement of oilfield companies and drilling enterprises.In view of this problem,firstly,the investigation and analysis are carried out.It is clear that the single well interpretation duration of development well exceeds the company's requirements,and the activity target is determined.Through the analysis of the factors that affect the inter⁃pretation time,two main reasons why the interpretation result table template does not meet the requirements and the data extraction method is unreasonable are found out,and the countermeasures are formulated.After the implementation of the countermeasures,the single well interpretation time of the development well decreased from 5.4 h to 2.8 h.
