摘要
目的探讨多途径吸引联合症因康复护理在脑损伤后昏迷流涎病人中的应用效果。方法选择2018年8月至2019年8月收治于我院的脑损伤昏迷流涎患者88例为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和试验组,对照组接受脑损伤昏迷常规护理,对于流涎症状的干预主要为浸渍皮肤的保护及体位的合理安置,试验组在对照组基础上以个体化病情为据采用多途径唾液吸引联合症因康复护理干预,对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果试验组干预1周内流涎并发症发生率和流涎相关护理工作量明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用多途径吸引联合症因康复护理对脑损伤后昏迷流涎者进行干预,可明显降低其流涎相关并发症发生率,减轻流涎相关护理工作量,深受医护家属三方认可。
Objective To explore the application effect of multi-channel attraction combined with rehabilitation nursing based on symptom in patients with coma and salivation after brain injury.Methods To select 88 cases of patients with coma and salivation after brain injury who were admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a experimental group.The control group received routine nursing intervention for the coma after brain injury and mainly for the protection of impregnated skin and the reasonable placement of the body position for the symptoms of salivation,and the experimental group used multi-channel attraction combined with rehabilitation nursing intervention based on symptom on the basis of the control group according to individualized disease to compare the observational index of each item the two groups after intervention.Results The incidence of salivation-related complications and workload of salivation-related nursing in the experimental group within one week of intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multi-channel attraction combined with rehabilitation nursing intervention g in patients with coma and salivation after brain injury can significantly reduce the incidence of salivation-related complications and reduce the workload of salivation-related nursing,which was well recognized by the medical,nurse and families of patients.
