清单式护理在输尿管结石排石过程中的应用效果观察

Application effect observation of checklist nursing in patients with ureteral calculi during the process of removing calculus

目的探讨清单式护理在输尿管结石患者排石中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1—10月68例输尿管结石患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用清单式护理。比较两组患者疗效、结石排尽时间与住院时间、疼痛情况、生活质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率94.12%明显高于对照组73.53%(P<0.05)。观察组结石排尽时间、住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛数字评分法(NRS)得分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),健康调查简表(SF-36)总得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清单式护理可有效促进输尿管结石排石,缩短结石排尽时间与住院时间,减轻疼痛,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of checklist nursing during the process of ureteral calculi.Methods To 68 cases of patients with ureteral calculi from January to October 2019 as the study objects,and according to the random number table method,they were equally divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group used routine care and the observation group used checklist nursing to compare the curative effect,exhausting time of calculi and hospitalization,pain condition and quality of life between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.12%,which was significantly higher than 73.53%in the control group(P<0.05).The exhausting time of calculi and hospitalization in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),the number rating scale(NRS)score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the total score of the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of checklist nursing can effectively promote the elimination of ureteral calculi,shorten the exhausting time of calculi and hospitalization,reduce pain and improve the quality of life of patient.
