前列腺电切术后尿频发生的相关因素调查及护理对策

Investigation of related factors of frequent urination after prostate resection and its nursing countermeasures

目的探讨前列腺电切术后尿频发生的相关因素,并给予相应的护理对策。方法选取2016年2月至2019年2月本院泌尿科收治的60例行前列腺行电切术患者为研究对象,采用多因素logistic回归确定前列腺电切术后发生尿频的独立危险因素。结果60例患者中有20例患者发生尿频,发生率33.33%。多因素logistic回归分析显示逼尿肌功能不稳定、合并泌尿系感染、术后留置尿管>1周是前列腺电切术后发生尿频的独立危险因素。结论逼尿肌功能不稳定、合并泌尿系感染、术后留置尿管>1周为导致前列腺电切术后尿频发生的独立危险因素,应高度关注,提早预防,以提高治疗效果。

Objective To discuss the related factors of frequent urination after prostate resection,and give corresponding nursing countermeasures were set as this study subjects.Methods We selected 60 cases of patients undergoing electrosurgical prostatectomy from February 2016 to February 2019 as the study objects.Multivariate logistic regression was used to determine the independent risk factors effecting frequent urination after prostatectomy.Results The 20 cases out of 60 cases of patients had frequent urination,with an incidence rate of 33.33%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the study showed that the unstable detrusor function,combined with urinary tract infection,and indwelling catheter for more than 1 week were the independent risk factors effecting frequent urination after prostatectomy.Conclusion The study showed that the unstable detrusor function,combined with urinary tract infection,and indwelling catheter for more than 1 week were the independent risk factors effecting frequent urination after prostatectomy.High attention should be paid to prevent early to improve the therapeutic effect.
