目视导航护理模式在子宫肌瘤行腹腔镜手术患者中的应用研究

Application study of visual navigation nursing mode in patients with uterine fibroids undergoing laparoscopic surgery

目的探讨目视导航护理模式在子宫肌瘤行腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1—4月收治于我院行腹腔镜治疗的子宫肌瘤患者43例为对照组,选择2019年5—8月收治于我院行腹腔镜治疗的子宫肌瘤患者43例为试验组,对照组接受子宫肌瘤腹腔镜常规围术期照护,试验组采用目视导航护理模式干预,比较两组干预后各项指标变化情况。结果试验组患者干预后进食时间、排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、下床时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用目视导航护理模式对子宫肌瘤腹腔镜手术患者实施干预,可缩短康复进程,降低并发症发生风险。

Objective To explore the application effect of visual navigation nursing mode in patients with uterine fibroids undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods To select 43 cases of patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital for laparoscopic treatment from January to April 2019 as a control group,and select 43 cases of patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital for laparoscopic treatment from May to August 2019 as a test group,the control group received laparoscopic routine perioperative care for uterine fibroids,and the test group used visual navigation nursing mode intervention to compare the changes of various indicators between the two groups.Results The time to eat,time of bowel movement,time of bowel sounds recovery,time of getting out of bed,and hospitalization of patients in the test group after intervention were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of visual navigation nursing mode intervention in patients with uterine fibroids undergoing laparoscopic surgery can shorten the rehabilitation process and reduce the risk of complications.
