CICARE沟通模式联合绘本阅读在手足口病患儿治疗中的应用

Application of CICARE communication mode combined with picture book reading in the treatment of children patients with hand,foot and mouth disease

目的探讨CICARE沟通模式联合绘本阅读在手足口病患儿治疗中的应用价值,以指导未来手足口病治疗期间合理的干预计划制定,旨在提高疾病整体治疗效果。方法收集2018年3月至2019年10月我院完成治疗并在治疗期间接受常规护理+CICARE沟通模式+绘本阅读的100例手足口病患儿,将其作为观察组;同期我院完成治疗并在治疗期间接受常规护理+CICARE沟通模式干预的100例手足口病患儿,将其作为对照组,干预与治疗同时进行。评估两组临床症状消失时间;干预前(入院当天)、干预后(完全治疗结束),采用儿童孤独量表(CLS)评估两组孤独感;干预结束后,采用自制问卷评估两组患儿对治疗干预的满意度。结果干预后,观察组发热、口腔溃疡、手足身躯皮疹、头痛呕吐等临床症状消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患儿的孤独感评分均较干预前降低,遵医行为水平均较干预前升高,且观察组孤独感低于对照组,遵医行为水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组整体满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手足口病患儿住院治疗期间实施CICARE沟通模式联合绘本阅读干预,更利于降低患儿孤独感、提高其遵医行为,患儿症状得到改善,患儿及家长对治疗干预的满意度显著提高,临床应用价值高。

Objective To discuss the application value of CICARE communication mode combined with picture book reading in the treatment of children patients with hand,foot and mouth disease was set as this subject in order to guide the formulation of reasonable intervention plans during the treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease in the future,aiming to improve the overall treatment effect of the disease.Methods We collected the 100 cases of children patients with hand,foot and mouth disease who completed treatment in our hospital from March 2018 to October 2019 and received routine care+CICARE communication mode+picture book reading,and set them as an observation group,and during the same period,the 100 cases of children patients with hand,foot and mouth disease who completed the treatment and received routine care combined with CICARE communication mode intervention during the treatment period in our hospital were set as a control group,and the intervention and treatment were carried out at the same time.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the two groups was evaluated,children's loneliness scale(CLS)was used to evaluate the two groups'loneliness before intervention(on admission)and after intervention(end of complete treatment).After the intervention,a self-made questionnaire was used to evaluate the satisfaction of the two groups of children with treatment intervention.Results After the intervention,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms such as fever,oral ulcers,hand-foot-body rash,headache and vomiting in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the loneliness scores of the two groups of children patients were lower than that before the intervention,the level of compliance behavior was higher than that that before the intervention,and the loneliness score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the level of compliance behavior was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The swallowing function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of CICARE communication mode combined with picture book reading intervention during hospitalization of children patients with hand,foot and mouth disease was more conducive to reducing the children patients'loneliness and improving their compliance behavior,the symptoms of the children patients were improved,and the children patients and their parents were significantly satisfied with the treatment intervention.It has high application value in clinic.
