综合护理在儿童经股动脉介入治疗术患儿中的应用

Application of comprehensive nursing in children with trans-femoral artery intervention therapy

目的探讨综合护理措施在预防或降低患儿经股动脉介入治疗术后常见并发症中的应用效果。方法选择2016年1月至2019年12月我院成功行经血管介入治疗的患儿3000例,根据入院时间将患儿等分为试验组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予综合护理。比较两组术后不良反应和并发症的发生情况。结果试验组患儿出血、血肿、血栓等并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对经股动脉介入治疗的患儿术后进行全面科学的综合护理,能够预防、减少术后不良反应和并发症发生,提高治疗效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing measures in preventing or reducing common complications after trans-femoral artery interventional therapy in children patients.Methods We selected 3000 cases of children patients who successfully underwent trans-vascular intervention in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019.According to the time of admission,the children patients were equally divided into a test group and a control group.The control group was given routine care and the test group was given comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications such as bleeding,hematoma,thrombosis and so on in the test group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out all-sided and scientific comprehensive nursing for children patients undergoing trans-femoral artery interventional therapy can prevent and reduce postoperative adverse reactions and complications,and improve the therapeutic effect,which was worth popularizing and applying.
