高频振荡通气联合膈肌刺激治疗在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探究高频振荡通气联合膈肌刺激治疗在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征护理中的应用效果。方法选择我院2018年4月至2019年4月收治的新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿200例,基于随机等分原则将其分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以高频振荡通气联合膈肌刺激治疗,比较两组患儿的动脉血气指标及临床疗效。结果两组血气指标较干预前均有明显改善(P<0.05),观察组血气指标优于对照组(P<0.05);观察临床治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高频振荡通气联合膈肌刺激治疗在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征中的应用,能改善动脉血气指标及临床疗效,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the application effect of high-frequency oscillatory ventilation combined with diaphragm stimulation in nursing for neonatus with respiratory distress syndrome.Methods To select 200 cases of neonatus with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome admitted in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group based on the principle of randomization.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given high-frequency oscillatory ventilation combined with diaphragm stimulation on the basis of the control group to compare the index of arterial blood gas and clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results The index of blood gas of the two groups had significantly improved compared with that before the intervention(P<0.05).The index of blood gas in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-frequency oscillatory ventilation combined with diaphragm stimulation in neonatus with respiratory distress syndrome can improve the indicators of arterial blood gas and clinical efficacy.Therefore,it is worth promoting.
