手术室护士手绘漫画图在手术患儿术前访视中的应用效果

Application effect of operating room nurses'hand-drawn cartoons in preoperative visits of children patients

目的探讨手术室护士手绘漫画图在在手术患儿术前访视中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1—6月在本院择期手术的患儿150例为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组(78例)和对照组(72例)。对照组采用常规术前访视,观察组在对照组基础上采用手绘漫画图的术前访视。比较两组进入手术室和麻醉诱导时的平均动脉压及心率的变化情况、进入手术室及麻醉诱导配合度和术后疼痛。结果观察组的平均动脉压和心率均低于对照组(P<0.05);进入手术室时麻醉诱导时,观察组的总配合度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的术后面部表情量表(WBFS)评分为低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在患儿术前访视中应用手术室护士手绘漫画图,能有效减轻患儿动脉压和心率等指标的应激上升,提高手术配合度,改善术后疼痛情况,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of operating room nurses'hand-drawn cartoons in preoperative visits of children patients.Methods To select cases of 150 children patients undergoing elective surgery in our hospital from January to June 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into an observation group(78 cases)and a control group(72 cases).The control group used routine preoperative visits,and the observation group used preoperative visits with hand-drawn cartoons on the basis of the control group.The changes of mean arterial pressure and heart rate,degree of cooperation in entering the operating room and induction of anesthesia,and postoperative pain when entering the operating room and induction of anesthesia were compared between the two groups.Results The mean arterial pressure and heart rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).When entering the operating room and during induction of anesthesia,the total rate of cooperation of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative facial expression scale(WBFS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hand-drawn cartoons of nurses in the operating room during the preoperative visits of children patients can effectively reduce the stress rise of the children patients'arterial pressure and heart rate,improve surgical cooperation,and improve postoperative pain,which was worth popularizing and applying.
