摘要
目的探讨“问题引导式、导师制、双向选择”的新型教学模式在新入职护士规范培训中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年1月至2019年2月参与规范培训的93名新入职护士作为研究对象,将2017年1月至2018年1月规范培训的48名护士作为对照组,采取传统带教模式;2018年2月至2019年2月规范培训的45名护士作为观察组,采取“问题引导式、导师制、双向选择”的新型教学模式培训。培训结束后,比较两组护士理论知识、临床实践操作考核成绩以及教学培训规范性、临床教学质量评分。结果观察组新入职护士理论知识、临床实践操作考核成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组新入职护士教学培训规范性、临床教学质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将“问题引导式、导师制、双向选择”的新型教学模式应用于新入职护士规范培训中,可明显提高护士理论知识、操作技能水平,使其尽快适应护理工作,改善带教培训规范性与教学质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of a new teaching model related to"problem-oriented,tutorial system,and two-way selection"in standardized training of newly recruited nurses.Methods To select 93 newly recruited nurses who participated in standardized training in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 as the study objects,and 48 nurses who received standardized training from January 2017 to January 2018 were set as a control group,and were given the traditional teaching model.Another 45 nurses who were trained regularly from February 2018 to February 2019 were served as an observation groups and were trained with a new teaching model related to"problem-oriented,tutorial system,and two-way selection".After the training,the theoretical knowledge,clinical practice operational assessment scores,teaching training standardization,and clinical teaching quality scores were compared between the nurses of the two groups.Results The theoretical knowledge and the clinical practice operational assessment scores of newly recruited nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The teaching training standardization,and clinical teaching quality scores of newly recruited nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the new teaching model related to"problem-oriented,tutorial system,and two-way selection"in standardized training of newly recruited nurses can significantly improve the theoretical knowledge and operational skills of nurses,make them adapt to nursing work as soon as possible,and improve the standardization of teaching training and teaching quality.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
