25-羟基维生素D3添加时间对清远麻鸡种公鸡精液质量的影响

Effect of supplementation time of 25-Hydroxyl Vitamin D3 on semen quality of flax seed cock

为探究补充25-羟基维生素D3添加时间对清远麻鸡种公鸡精液质量的影响,选取健康且体重相近的55周龄的清远麻鸡16只,在饮水中添加含有25-羟基维生素D3液态维生素,试验全期28 d,测定精子活力、有效精子数量、原精子浓度等相关数据。结果表明:随着25-羟基维生素D3饲喂时间的延长,可以显著提高繁殖后期清远麻鸡种公鸡的精液品质。

In order to explore the effect of supplementation time with 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 on semen quality of sepulchral roosters,we selected 16 healthy sepulchral roosters aged 60 weeks with similar body weight.Liquid premixes containing 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 were added to drinking water for 28 days.During the test,the sperm density,sperm motility,effective sperm count,original sperm concentration and other relevant data were measured.The results showed that with the prolongation of feeding liquid premix containing 25-hydroxyvitamin D3,the semen quality of post-breeding roosters could be significantly improved.
