摘要
目的探讨基于网络教育平台的典型案例教学法在介入科护理本科生实习教学中的应用效果。方法选择2017年5月至2019年4月在中山大学附属第三医院介入科进行临床实习的护理本科生60名作为研究对象,2017年5月至2018年4月的实习生为对照组,2018年5月至2019年4月的实习生为观察组,每组30名。对照组采用传统教学法,观察组在传统教学的基础上,采用基于网络教育平台的典型案例教学法。教学结束时,采用理论和技能操作考核、临床能力评估和问卷调查量化评分方法,分别对两组教学效果进行评价。结果观察组学生理论成绩和技能操作成绩分别为(85.27±6.41)、(89.10±3.93)分,对照组分别为(80.90±6.68)、(85.13±3.91)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.584、3.913,P均<0.05)。观察组学生临床处置能力、护理沟通能力、健康教育能力、临床科研能力、临床教学能力和职业心理素质得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.157~3.673,P均<0.05)。观察组学生对教学方法的评价明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.215~7.817,P均<0.01)。结论基于网络教育平台的典型案例教学法应用在介入科护理本科生实习教学能够激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的学习效率,有利于临床思维的培养和综合能力的提高,是一种值得推广的教学方法。
Objective To explore the teaching effect of typical case learning method based on network education platform in interventional nursing undergraduate practice teaching.Methods A total of 60 nursing undergraduates,who had clinical practice in the interventional department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from July 2017 to June 2019,were enrolled in this study.The 60 nursing undergraduates were divided into the control group(n=30)who participated in clinical practice from May2017 to April 2018 and the observation group(n=30)who participated in clinical practice from May 2018 to April 2019.Traditional teaching method was adopted in the control group,while typical case learning method based on network education platform was carried out in the observation group.At the end of the teaching term,all the undergraduates of both groups took examinations of the theory and operation skill assessment,clinical ability assessment and questionnaire survey quantitative scoring,based on which the teaching effect of each group was evaluated.Results The theoretical and technical performance scores in the observation group were(85.27±6.41)points and(89.10±3.93)points respectively,which in the control group were(80.90±6.68)points and(85.13±3.91)points respectively;the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(t=2.584 and t=3.913 respectively,P<0.05 in both).The all scores of clinical management ability,nursing communication ability,health education ability,clinical research ability,clinical teaching ability and occupational psychological quality in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(t=2.157-3.673,P<0.05 in all).The evaluation value of teaching methods by the students of the observation group was much higher than that by the students of the control group(t=4.215-7.817,P<0.01 in all).Conclusion In interventional nursing undergraduate teaching practice,the typical case learning method based on network education platform can stimulate students’learning interest and improve their learning efficiency,which is beneficial to the cultivation of clinical thinking and the improvement of comprehensive ability.Therefore,this teaching method is worthy of promotion.
