北京市海绵城市规划建设的 “因势利导”与“与时俱进”

Developing on the trend,developing with the times:Sponge City construction in Beijing

优化城市空间结构,探索城市集约高效发展,不仅需要改造旧城区,不断完善城市功能和提升城市品质,还需要在新城区强化高品质规划、高质量建设、标准化运营的理念,重视大数据等现代信息技术手段对提高治理能力和治理体系现代化水平的贡献。基于此,从“因势利导”和“与时俱进”两个角度,对北京市海绵城市的发展进行一定的总结并提出些许建议。

In order to meet the growing needs of people,it's necessarily for Beijing to optimize the spatial structure,and seek a intensive and efficient way for development.In the old city reconstruction,Beijing needs to constantly improve urban functions and life quality;as for the planning and construction processes of new regions,Beijing needs to strengthen the concept of high-quality planning,high-quality construction,and standardized operation,and attach importance to the contribution of modern information technology such as big data to improve the governance capacity and the modernization level of the governance system.Furthermore,this paper put forward some suggestions from the perspective of the development of the sponge city in Beijing,mainly based on two points:developing on the trend;developing with the times.
