复方中药对早期断奶仔猪生长性能及血清激素水平的影响

Effects of Compound Chinese Herbal Medicine on Growth Performance and Serum Hormones Level of Early Weanling Piglets

为研究复方中药对早期断奶仔猪生长性能及血清激素水平的影响,选用28日龄杜长大仔猪120头,随机分为4组,每组30头猪。空白对照组Ⅰ(28日龄不断奶,饲喂基础饲粮),空白对照组Ⅱ(28日龄断奶,饲喂基础饲粮),中草药Ⅰ组(28日龄断奶,饲喂基础饲粮+0.3%组方Ⅰ制得的中药制剂),中草药Ⅱ组(28日龄断奶,饲喂基础饲粮+0.3%组方Ⅱ制得的中药制剂)。试验期为14 d,统计料重比、腹泻频率及死亡率等,并进行血清激素水平的指标测定。结果表明,与空白对照组Ⅱ相比,中草药Ⅰ组极显著提高早期断奶仔猪的平均日采食量和平均日增重(P<0.01)、极显著降低料重比、腹泻频率及死亡率(P<0.01);极显著降低皮质醇含量(P<0.01),极显著提高生长激素、胰岛素生长因子-1、三碘甲状腺素、四碘甲状腺素和胃泌素的含量(P<0.01)。由此可见,饲粮中添加0.3%组方Ⅰ制得的中药制剂可有效缓解早期断奶应激对仔猪造成的伤害。

In order to study the effect of compound traditional Chinese medicine on the performance and serum hormone level of early weanling piglets,120 piglets of 28 days old Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshine piglets were randomly divided into 4 groups with 30 pigs in each group.Blank control groupⅠ(28-day-old non-weanling,fed with basic diet),blank control groupⅡ(weaned at 28-day-old weanling,fed with basic diet),Chinese herbal medicine groupⅠ(weaned at 28-day-old weanling,fed with basic diet+0.3%Chinese medicine preparations made by prescriptionⅠ),Chinese herbal medicine groupⅡ(28-day-old weaning,fed basic diet+0.3%Chinese medicine preparations made by prescriptionⅡ).The experimental period was 14 days.The ratio of feed-to-weight,the frequency and mortality of diarrhea were counted,and the indexes of serum kinetin level were measured.The results showed,compared with the blank control groupⅡ,the average daily feed intake and average daily gain of early weanling piglets were significantly increased,the feed weight ration,diarrhea frequency and mortality of early weanling piglets were significantly decreased(P<0.01)in the Chinese herbal medicine groupⅠ.Compared with the blank control groupⅡ,cortisol content was significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the contents of growth hormone,insulin growth factor-1,triiodothyroxine,tetraiodothyronine and gastrin were significantly increased(P<0.01)in the Chinese herbal medicine groupⅠ.Thus it can be seen that the addition of 0.3%prescription to the diet can effectively alleviate the injury caused by early weanling stress in piglets.
