2019年新疆部分地区规模化猪场猪瘟病毒抗体检测与分析 被引量:3

摘要 为了解2019年新疆部分地区猪瘟病毒抗体水平,试验采用间接酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法对采自6家规模化猪场不同日龄猪的594份血清样品进行猪瘟抗体检测与分析。结果显示,猪瘟病毒抗体平均阳性率为85.02%(505/594),高于国家规定标准(70%),平均阻断率为(67.77±24.00)%。各猪场间猪瘟病毒抗体水平差异显著。各日龄段猪群抗体平均阳性率在65%~93%之间,存在一定差异。保育猪平均阳性率最低为65.31%,且低于国家规定标准(70%),其他各日龄段猪群抗体的阳性率均在75%以上。结果表明,在新疆地区6个规模化猪场中,仅有1个猪场的猪瘟病毒抗体阳性率未能达到国家标准(70%),离散度较高,需要制定更加合理的免疫程序;保育猪平均阳性率低于国家标准,需加强免疫防控。该结果在一定程度上可为新疆部分地区猪瘟防疫工作提供参考。 In order to understand the antibody against classical swine fever virus in part areas of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in 2019.The indirect enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect and analyze the antibodies against classical swine fever virus in 594 blood samples taken from 6 large-scale swine farms.The results showed that the average positive rate of antibodies against CSFV was 85.02%(505/594),which was higher than the requirements of the national standard(70%),the average blocking rate was(67.77±24.00)%with significant different in the 6 farms.The average antibody positive rate of different age group ranged from 65%to 93%.All age groups were above 75%except nursery pigs.In the study,among the six large-scale pig farms in Xinjiang,only one of them did not reach the national standard,and had a high dispersion,so it was necessary to develop a more reasonable immune program;the average positive rate of nursery pigs was lower than the national standard,so it was necessary to strengthen the immune control.The results could provide a reference for the prevention of classical swine fever in Xinjiang.
