摘要
该文分析了《食品工艺学》课程教学改革的必要性,提出了基于超星学习通在线课程教学平台构建与翻转课堂教学实践相结合的教学模式。通过建设线上课程资源,设计翻转课堂自主学习任务单以及课堂活动流程并实践,探索一种行之有效的《食品工艺学》翻转课堂教学方法。这种网络与翻转课堂相结合的教学模式具有一定的科学性和可实践性,可以为课程教学改革提供思路和参考。
This paper analyzes the necessity of the teaching reform of the course of food technology,and puts forward a teaching mode based on the online course platform of superstar learning and flipped classroom teaching practice.Through the construction of online course resources,the design and implement of flipped classroom self-learning task list,an effective flipped classroom teaching method of food technology is explored.The combination of network and flipped classroom teaching mode is scientific and practical,and can provide teachers with ideas and references for teachers for curriculum teaching reform.
