专利实施战略联盟是在开放式创新背景下,不同组织整合利用互补性资源从而协同推动专利成果商业化的合作关系安排。从资源异质性和资源流动方式两个维度将专利实施战略联盟类型划分为四种类型;通过分析市场导向作用及创新组织的核心能力,认为以企业为主的专利实施战略联盟是首要的联盟形式,并建立该联盟中企业的核心能力评判指标体系;采用模糊层次综合评价法得出的评价结果表明企业在联盟中发挥着关键的作用,为异质组织合作创新活动中选择以企业为主导的专利实施战略联盟提供了理论基础。

Under the circumstances of open innovation,Strategic Alliance of Patent Implementation is a kind of cooperative model in which different organizations promote patent commercialization collaboratively by integrating and utilizing the complementary resources.This paper expounds the four categories of Strategic Alliance of Patent lmplementation with dimensions of heterogeneous resources and flowing methods of resources,discloses the idea that firm centered StrategicAlliance of Patent Implementation is the prime alliance through analyzing the functions of market-orientation and firm's core capabilities,and sets up the evaluation index system and gives a calculating example with FAHP method to prove it,which makes a theoretical base for taking the firm centered Strategic Alliance of Patent Im plem entation as the key research object.
