摘要
经济社会发展与国家进步的主要驱动力就是创新,创新是发展的第一动力,创新发展需要创新人才,创新人才的培养意义重大。随着互联网技术的发展与大规模在线教育实践的兴起,线上教学为创新人才培养提供了新载体,新契机。从创新人才培养的有效性出发,通过分析当前创新人才培养存在的问题,在教育教学环境的有效性,课程结构的有效性、师资力量的有效性3个方面,提出在线教育背景下创新人才培养有效性策略和建议,以进一步完善新时代下创新人才的培养体系,促进学生创新能力和创新思维的有效提升。
The main driving force of economic and social development and national progress is innovation.Inno-vation is the first driving force for development.Innovative development requires innovative talents,and the cultiva:tion of innovative talents is of great significance.With the development of Internet technology and the rise of large scale online education practice,online teaching provides new carriers and new opportunities for the cultivation of in novative talents.This paper starts from the effectiveness of the innovative talent training,by analyzing the current problems in the cultivation of innovative talents.In the three aspects of the effectiveness of the education and teach-ing environment,the effectiveness of the curriculum structure,and the effectiveness of the teachers,it puts forward effective strategies and suggestions of the cultivation of innovative talents in the context of online education,to fur-ther improve the cultivation system of innovative talents in the new era,and also promote the students’innovative ability and innovative thinking effectively.
