对近些年国内外研发国际化影响创新绩效方面的研究文献进行全面且系统的综述,首先从研发国际化与创新绩效的内涵与价值着手,依次对研发国际化影响创新绩效的内在机理、研发国际化对创新绩效影响的实证结果分析、研发国际化对创新绩效影响的作用路径等问题逐步展开评述,试图为学术研究者和政策制定者对该领域的研究脉络、研究内容、主要观点和前景展望提供一个较为清晰地认识,并为国内学者进一步研究提供一些有益启发。

This paper reviews the research literature on effect of R&D internationalization on innovation per formance in recent years,and tries to pave the way for academic research from the following aspects:the connota tion and value of R&-D internationalization and innovation performance,the internal mechanism and,the empirical analysis of internationalization's impact on innovation performance,in order to provide a clear understanding of the research context,research content,main views and prospects in this field,and to provide some useful inspiration for further research of domestic scholars for researchers and policy makers.
