新型反渗透膜阻垢剂ZG01的阻垢性能评价

Evaluation of Scale Inhibition Performance of a New Type Reverse Osmosis Film Scale Inhibitor ZG01

本研究采用静态阻垢法对新型反渗透膜阻垢剂ZG01进行了阻碳酸钙、硫酸钙、氟化钙和磷酸钙的性能评价。静态阻垢试验表明,新型反渗透膜阻垢剂ZG01(简称RO-ZG-01)具有良好的阻碳酸钙垢性能,加药量为10 mg/L时,其阻垢率为73.43%,比竞品阻垢剂01和竞品阻垢剂02的阻垢率高约5%,性价比较高,同时分散性较好;RO-ZG-01具有良好的阻硫酸钙垢性能,加药量为10 mg/L时,其阻垢率为89.23%,与竞品阻垢剂01和竞品阻垢剂02在误差范围内一致,三者相差不大;新型反渗透膜阻垢剂ZG01具有较好的阻磷酸钙垢性能,加药量为20 mg/L时,其阻垢率为68.42%,比竞品阻垢剂01高约5%,与竞品阻垢剂02相差不大,同时分散性较好。

In this study,the static scale inhibition method was used to evaluate the performance of the new type re⁃verse osmosis film scale inhibitor ZG01 against calcium carbonate,calcium sulfate,calcium fluoride and calcium phosphate.Static scale inhibition experiment shows that the new type reverse osmosis film scale inhibitor ZG01(re⁃ferred to as RO-ZG-01)has a good performance of calcium carbonate scale inhibition,the scale inhibition rate of the new type reverse osmosis film scale inhibitor ZG01 is 73.43%when the dosage of 10 mg/L is added,which is about 5%higher than that of competing products scale inhibitor 01 and competing products scale inhibitor 02,and has a higher cost performance and better dispersibility;RO-ZG-01 has good calcium sulfate scale inhibition performance,when the dosage is 10 mg/L,the scale inhibition rate is 89.23%,which is consistent with the competition scale inhibi⁃tor 01 and the competition scale inhibitor 02 within the error range,and the three are not much different;the new re⁃verse osmosis film scale inhibitor ZG01 has good calcium phosphate scale inhibition performance,when the dosage is 20 mg/L,the scale inhibition rate is 68.42%,which is about 5%higher than that of the competition scale inhibitor 01,and is not much different from the competition scale inhibitor 02,and has better dispersion.
