摘要
全球能源需求的迅速增长使得经济发展对煤炭能源的依赖程度大幅增高。因此,全球范围内产生了大量的粉煤灰(CFA),但是其不当的储存和处置对生态环境造成了十分严重的威胁。中国迫切需要开发粉煤灰的潜在资源属性,以减少其对环境的威胁。本综述首先从CFA的产生、理化性质和潜在的危险着手,论述了CFA在沸石分子筛、催化剂以及催化剂载体、微晶玻璃、深度分离、有价金属元素提取等几个高价值利用方面的应用;然后对其作用机理和产生的效益进行了分析,发现CFA高值化利用领域存在很大的潜力;最后建议通过对CFA的高值化处理,进一步挖掘其在多领域的潜在价值。
The rapid growth of the global energy demand makes the economic development greatly dependent on the coal.Therefore,a large amount of coal fly ash(CFA)has been produced widely,but its improper storage and disposal pose a serious threat to the ecological environment.China urgently needs to develop the potential resource attributes of the CFA to reduce its environmental threat.In this review,aiming at the productions,physicochemical properties and potential dangers of the CFA,its applications in the zeolite molecular sieve,catalyst and catalyst carrier,glass ce⁃ramics,deep separation,extraction of valuable metal elements and other high-value utilizations were discussed;then the mechanism and benefits of the CFA were analyzed,and it was found that there were great potentials in the field of its high-value utilization;last,it was suggested that the potential value of the CFA in multi fields should be further explored through its high-value utilization.
