制冷除湿装置的设计

摘要 本文设计了一个具有检测实时温湿度并能够除湿功能的制冷除湿控制系统。该系统选用AT89S52单片机作为控制中心,用SHT11检测环境温度和空气中的相对湿度,LCD1602显示器显示湿度上限设定值和测量到的湿度和温度。将传感器的测量值送往单片机处理,当湿度测量值低于设定值时,系统处于实时检测状态;当湿度测量值高于设定值时,开启声光报警装置,同时继电器常开触点闭合,常闭触点断开,除湿装置启动,对空气中的水汽进行滤除。 In this paper,a refrigeration dehumidification control system with the function of detecting real-time temperature and humidity and dehumidification is designed. The system uses AT89 S52 single chip microcomputer as the control center,uses SHT11 to detect the ambient temperature and the relative humidity in the air. LCD1602 display shows the upper limit set value of humidity and the measured humidity and temperature. Send the measured value of the sensor to the single chip microcomputer for processing. When the measured value of humidity is lower than the set value,the system is in the real-time detection state. When the measured value of humidity is higher than the set value,open the acousto-optic alarm device,at the same time,the normally open contact of the relay is closed,the normally closed contact is open,and the dehumidification device is started to filter the water vapor in the air.
