摘要
采用简化干涉模型,推导了PTFE衬垫自润滑关节轴承承受复合载荷时的承载能力。该模型中由于包角限制,导致衬垫变形偏离于其受力方向,造成了轴径向载荷比与轴径向位移比的不一致。其他尺寸相同的条件下,大包角轴承的承载能力比小包角轴承的大。轴承的纯轴向载荷承载能力小于纯径向承载能力,但其最差承载能力出现在接近纯轴向受载的复合载荷承载条件下。通过与ANSYS软件的有限元结果对比,验证了新模型的精度和实用价值。
In self-lubricating spherical plain bearings with PTFE liner,the load capacity under combined loads is derived by using a new simplified interference model.The deformation direction is deviated from force direction of the liner due to the limitation of wrap angle,causing the inconsistency between the ratio of axial displacement to ra-dial displacement.Load capacity of bearings with larger wrap angle is bigger than that of bearings with smaller wrap angle with the others dimensions at the same size.Axial load capacity of the bearing is smaller than radial load ca-pacity,but the worst one occurs in the condition of a combined load approximated to pure axial load.By comparing with finite element analysis(FEA)solutions using software ANSYS,the accuracy and values of that by the new model is validated.
