摘要
《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案(试行第六版)》中新增阿比朵尔作为抗COVID-19感染的治疗药物。随着该药物的临床治疗广泛应用,相应的治疗药物监测(TDM)工作也将同时开展。本文综述了近年来阿比朵尔的体内药物分析方法及其相应的样品前处理方式,为抗CO-VID-19感染的TDM工作提供参考。
Arbidol is recommended for the treatment of COVID-19 infections by"Diagnosis and treatment of novel coronavirus pneumonia(trial version sixth)".It is necessary to conduct the work of therapeutic drug moni toring(TDM)in experiment to ensure a good clinical effect in the treatment of this disease.In this paper,the analytical method of arbidol in vivo is summarized to provide reference for the TDM of COVID-19 infection drug treatment.
