Uncertainty Evaluation of Tray Torsion Balance

本文根据JJG1130-2016《托盘扭力天平》,以TN-100C型托盘扭力天平为例,采用直接测量得到天平的示值误差,用加载与卸载的方法分别对托盘扭力天平的分度值误差、横梁不等臂性误差和重复性的性能进行检定,并对测得值进行不确定度评定。

According to JJG 1130-2016"Tray Torque Balance",taking TN-100C tray torque balance as an ex-ample,the indication error of the balance was obtained by direct measurement,and the indexing value error,beam unequal arm error and repeatability performance of the tray torque balance were verified by loading and unloading methods,last,the uncertainty of measurement results was evaluated.
