Mental health status of different military services during 1990 to 2016

目的了解海陆空不同军种历年心理健康水平变化的特点和规律。方法根据横断历史研究的方法,采用相关分析、回归分析和效果量对1990—2016年的56组海军、47组陆军和28组空军的症状自评量表(SCL-90)数据进行分析。结果随着年代的变化海军和陆军SCL-90均值得分逐渐降低,且海军降低的趋势更加明显(0.10≤R^2≤0.36,0.72≤d≤1.32),陆军其次(0.12≤R^2≤0.28,0.34≤d≤0.91),而空军的SCL-90均值得分比较稳定(0.00≤R^2≤0.01,0.00≤d≤0.10)。另外,海陆空3个军种的心理健康状况之间的均值差异虽然没有统计学意义,但是相比而言,空军SCL-90各因子得分最低。结论海军和陆军的心理健康状况随年代推移逐渐变好,空军的心理健康状况历年间比较稳定,但整体较好,表明我军一系列的国防政策与国防发展战略是正确的,但在心理卫生工作中要根据不同军种的特点,有针对性地开展心理服务。

Objective To study the changing characteristics and regularity of mental health status in different military services with years. Methods According to the method of cross-temporal analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and the effect amount were used to analyze the data of the Symptom checklist 90(SCL-90) from 56 groups of Navy, 47 groups of Army and 28 groups of Air Force during 1990 to 2016. Results The mean scores in SCL-90 of the Navy and Army decreased gradually with years. The decreasing trend in the Navy was more obvious(0.10≤R^2≤0.36, 0.72≤d≤1.32), followed by the the Army(0.12≤R^2≤0.28, 0.34≤d≤0.91), while the score of the Air Force was stable(0.00≤R^2≤0.01, 0.00≤d≤0.10). In addition, there was no statistically significant difference in mean scores of SCL-90 among the three military services, but all the SCL-90 factor scores of the Air Force was the lowest. Conclusion The mental health status of the Navy and Army improve gradually with years,and the Air Force is stable but better. This shows that the policies and development strategies of national defense are correct.However, the mental health services should be carried out according to the characteristics of different military services.
