陕西省某高校大学生教师支持、进取精神与学习收获的关系

Relationship between teachers’support,enterprising spirit and learning harvest in students of a college in Shaanxi Province

摘要 目的探讨陕西省某高校大学生教师支持与学习收获、进取精神的关系,为提高大学生学习能力提供依据。方法采用教师支持量表、大学生学习收获量表和进取精神量表于2019年11月对450名陕西省某高校学前教育专业大学生进行问卷调查。结果不同性别的学生,在进取精神总分上的差异有统计学意义(t=2.62,P<0.01)。不同年级的学生在学习收获得分上的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。填报志愿优先考虑的因素在教师支持、学习收获和进取精神总分上的差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。教师支持与大学生的学习收获、进取精神之间均存在显著的正相关(r=0.582、0.337、0.411,均P<0.01)。进取精神在教师支持与学习收获之间存在部分中介作用(β=0.30,P<0.01)。进取精神作为中介变量的中介效应为0.08,中介效应占总效应的14.55%。结论教师支持能够显著正向预测大学生的学习收获和进取精神,进取精神在教师支持和学习收获之间起部分中介作用。应重视进取精神在大学生学习中的作用,同时学校在对大学生的培养过程中,要突出对学生进取精神的培养与激发。 Objective To explore the relationship between teachers’support and learning harvest,enterprising spirit in students of a college in Shaanxi Province,provide a reference basis for improving college students’learning ability.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among students majoring in preschool education in a college in Shaanxi Province in November 2019 by using the teacher support scale,the college students learning harvest scale and the enterprising spirit scale.Results The difference in the total score of enterprising spirit was statistically significant between gender groups(t=2.62,P<0.01).The difference in the score of learning harvest was statistically significant among different grades(P<0.01).There were no statistically significant differences in the total scores of teachers’support,enterprising spirit and learning harvest among students with different priority factors for filling in the aspiration form(all P>0.05).Teachers’support was significantly positively correlated with the learning harvest and enterprising spirit in college students(r=0.582,0.337,0.411,all P<0.01).The enterprising spirit had a partial mediating effect between teachers’support and learning harvest(β=0.30,P<0.01).The mediating effect of enterprise spirit as the mediating variable was 0.08,accounting for 14.55%of the total effect.Conclusion Teachers’support can significantly positively predict learning harvest and enterprising spirit in college students,and enterprising spirit has a partial mediating effect between teachers’support and learning harvest.It is necessary to pay attention to the role of enterprising spirit in college students’learning.At the same time,the school should highlight the cultivation and stimulation of students’enterprising spirit in the process of cultivating college students.
