大学生性心理健康水平、自尊与应对方式的相关性 被引量:2

Correlation of sexual mental health,self-esteem and coping style in college students

摘要 目的探究河北省某大学大学生性心理健康水平、自尊及应对方式的关系。方法 2019年6—8月使用大学生性心理健康问卷、自尊量表和简易应对方式问卷对河北省某大学253名在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果河北省某大学大学生性心理健康水平在性别、年级、成长环境及独生子女上差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。大学生性心理健康量表得分与自尊量表及积极应对得分呈显著负相关(r=-0.364、-0.244,均P<0.01),与消极应对得分呈显著正相关(r=0.148,P<0.05)。大学生积极应对、消极应对及自尊水平对性心理健康水平均有预测作用(β=-0.333、0.431、-0.926,均P<0.05)。结论大学生高自尊水平和积极应对方式对应着高性心理健康水平。 Objective To study the relationship among the college students’ level of sexual mental health, self-esteem and coping style. Methods From June to August of 2019, 253 college students in a university in Hebei Province were investigated by using the college students’ sexual mental health questionnaire, self-esteem scale and simple coping style questionnaire. Results There were statistically significant differences in level of sexual mental health among college students in different gender, grade, growth environment and only child. The score of college students’ sexual mental health questionnaire was negatively correlated with score of self-esteem scale and score of simple coping style questionnaire(r=-0.364,-0.244, both P<0.01), and was positively correlated with score of negative coping style(r=0.148, P<0.05). The levels of positive coping style, negative coping style and self-esteem of college students could predict the level of sexual mental health (β=-0.333, 0.431,-0.926, all P<0.05). Conclusion College students’ high self-esteem and positive coping style correspond to high sexual mental health level.
