乳腺癌与职业暴露危险因素的研究进展

Research progress on breast cancer and occupational exposure risk factors

乳腺癌是全球范围内女性中最常见的恶性肿瘤,且近年来发病率快速递增,已成为全球重大的公共卫生问题。目前已有研究发现乳腺癌与职业暴露危险因素(电离辐射、电磁场、农药、多环芳烃、金属和夜间轮班作业)存在关联。文章对既往文献进行综述,并对其研究进展进行概述,为下一步的研究提供理论基础和思路,为今后的乳腺癌防控提供参考依据。

Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor among women in the world, and the incidence of breast cancer has increased rapidly in recent years, which has become a major public health problem in the world. At present, it has been found that breast cancer is associated with occupational exposure risk factors(ionizing radiation, electromagnetic fields, pesticides,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, metals and night shift work). In this paper, the previous literature is reviewed and analyzed,and its research progress is summarized, which provides the theoretical basis and train of thought for the next step of research, as well as the scientific basis for the prevention and control of breast cancer in the future.
