废弃羽毛阻燃吸声复合材料的制备及其性能 被引量:1

摘要 针对废弃羽毛利用率不高的问题,以废弃羽毛为原料,制备废弃羽毛阻燃吸声复合材料。用氟钛酸钾和聚磷酸铵为阻燃剂,分别对羽毛和聚乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)进行阻燃处理,采用热压成型工艺,制备废弃羽毛/EVA阻燃吸声复合材料。对废弃羽毛/EVA阻燃吸声复合材料进行吸声性能和阻燃性能的测试。结果表明:当热压温度为90℃,热压压力为8 MPa,热压时间为30 min时,制得的废弃羽毛/EVA阻燃吸声复合材料,其吸声系数可达0.95,极限氧指数为32%,材料具有良好的阻燃性和吸声性能。 In order to solve the problem of low utilization rate of waste feathers,the flame retardant and sound absorbing composites were prepared from waste feathers.Feather and polyvinyl acetate(EVA)were treated with potassium fluorotitanate and ammonium polyphosphate as flame retardants,and the waste feather/EVA flame retardant and sound absorbing composites were prepared by hot pressing molding method.The sound-absorbing and flame-retardant properties of the waste feather/EVA composite materials were tested.The results showed that when the hot pressing temperature was 90℃,the hot pressing pressure was 8 MPa,and the hot pressing time was 30 min,the waste feather/EVA flame retardant composite material had a sound absorption coefficient of 0.95 and a limit oxygen index of 32%.The material had good flame retardant and sound absorption property.
