摘要
为有效控制半精纺桑蚕丝/羊绒混纺纱的毛粒个数指标,文章分析了半精纺桑蚕丝/羊绒混纺纱在梳棉工序上的生产难点。从实际生产经验和理论分析,选取影响半精纺桑蚕丝/羊绒混纺纱在梳棉工序上影响毛粒产生的4个因素:锡林与盖板5点隔距、锡林与刺辊速比、上机前原料回潮率、出条定量,设计了4因素3水平的正交试验,经极差分析得出最优工艺水平组合和各因素影响次序。试验结果表明:锡林与盖板5点隔距的影响是高度显著的;锡林与盖板5点隔距是控制桑蚕丝/羊绒混纺纱在梳棉工序上毛粒数量的关键因素,其次是出条定量,在保证毛粒个数指标的前提下,选择适当的出条定量,同时要根据原料回潮率和天气变化调整所加助剂和水的用量。
In order to control the card neps indicator of the semi-worsted mulberry silk/cashmere blended yarn effectively,the production difficulties in carding process were mainly analyzed in this paper.According to the practical experience and theoretical analysis,four factors that influence the card neps occurrence in the carding process of the semi-worsted mulberry/cashmere blended yarn were selected,which are the five-point separation distance between cylinder and the cover plate,the speed ratio between cylinder and roller and the moisture regain of raw materials before machine operation and the sliver weight.In every factor,three technological levels were select and the orthogonal test including the four factors and the three technological levels was designed.Through range analysis,the optimal combination of process level and the influencing order of four factors are obtained.According to the analysis of variance,the five-point separation distance between cylinder and the cover plate is the most prominent factor.The results show that the five-point separation between cylinder and cover plate is the key factor to control the number of wool card neps in the carding process of mulberry silk/cashmere blended yarn,and the second is strip quantitative.Under the premise of ensuring the number of wool card neps,the appropriate strip quantitative selection should be selected,meanwhile,the amount of additives and water should be adjusted according to the moisture regain of raw materials and weather changes.
