摘要
在相变材料的微胶囊化中,高封装率是保证微胶囊性能的前提,获得准确的封装率是评测封装性能优劣的前提。首先在三聚氰胺甲醛树脂/十四烷微胶囊制备的正交试验中,探索了pH值、初始反应温度对微胶囊包覆性能的影响。并以此为基础,通过热重分析(TG)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)的表征,优化了封装率的计算,以使其更贴近实际封装效率。实验结果表明:pH值4.5,初始反应温度75℃时,所制备的微胶囊拥有较高的封装效率(81.4%)和饱满的球形形貌。
In the microencapsulation of phase-change materials,high encapsulation rate is the prerequisite to ensure the performance of microcapsules.In order to reflect the encapsulation performance accurately,the calculation of encapsulation rate should be as close as possible to the actual performance.Therefore,on the basis of orthogonal experiment of preparation of melamine for-maldehyde resin/tetradecane microcapsule combined with thermogravimetric analysis,the calculation method of encapsulation rate was optimized.First,the effect of pH value and initial temperature on the encapsulation performance of microcapsules in the experimental process was explored.Then,the calculation of encapsulation rate was optimized through thermal weight analysis(TG)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results show that the microcapsules keep a high encapsulation efficiency(81.4%)and full spherical morphology,when the suitable initial reaction temperature is 75℃,and pH value is 4.5.
