纳米二氧化钛对粘胶织物的整理工艺研究 被引量:6

摘要 探讨壳聚糖、明胶、二氧化钛对粘胶织物复合整理对织物性能的影响,分析纳米二氧化钛在整理工艺中的最佳参数值,并利用整理前后粘胶织物的质量增加率、断裂强力、抗紫外线性能与抗菌性能等指标对整理工艺进行评价。研究表明:粘胶织物的质量增加率、断裂强力、抗紫外线性能与抗菌性能与二氧化钛含量呈正相关性。当二氧化钛质量浓度为9.5 g/L左右时,整理后的粘胶织物的质量增加率、断裂强力、抗紫外线性能与抗菌性能较佳。整理后的粘胶织物的防紫外线性能与抗菌性能随着水洗的次数的增多而降低,当水洗次数小于15次时,粘胶织物的防紫外线性能与抗菌性能具有较好的稳定性,验证了利用壳聚糖、明胶、二氧化钛复合整理液对粘胶织物功能整理的可行性。 The influence of the composite finishing process by chitosan/gelatin/nanometer titanium dioxide on viscose fabric performance was discussed,and the optimum composite finishing parameters of nanometer titanium dioxide were analyzed.Weight gain rate,breaking strength,ultraviolet resistance and antibacterial properties of the viscose fabric before and after finishing were used as indicators to evaluate the finishing process.Results showed that indicators of weight gain rate,breaking strength,ultraviolet resistance and antibacterial properties of the viscose fabrics were positively correlated with the content of titanium dioxide.The properties of weight gain rate,breaking strength,ultraviolet resistance and antibacterial properties of the finished viscose fabrics reached the beset when the titanium dioxide concentration was about 9.5 g/L.Ultraviolet resistance and antibacterial properties of the viscose fabric decreased with washing times after the finishing.When washing time is less than 15,stability in ultraviolet resistance and antibacterial properties of the finished viscose fabrics can be maintained,which validate the feasibility of composite finishing of viscose fabrics by chitosan/gelatin/nanometer titanium dioxide.
