沿河生态体育休闲环境建设对居民休闲体育行为的影响研究——以洛阳市洛浦生态体育休闲公园为例

On the Influence of the Construction of Riverside Ecological Sports Leisure Environment on the Residents’Leisure Sports Behavior—Take Luopu Ecological Sports Leisure Park in Luoyang as an Example

通过问卷方式调查洛阳市洛浦生态体育休闲公园,对洛浦生态体育休闲公园环境建设前后对沿河居民休闲体育行为的影响进行研究,发现沿河生态绿地环境建设对居民休闲体育行为有积极的影响。居民运动频度、持续时间以及强度都有不同程度的增加,居民利用休闲时间进行体育活动的形式、活动项目选择都呈现多元化,“沿河生态公园”已成为居民选择频率最高的体育休闲活动场所,但仍存在规划合理性有待提高、场地设施数量不足、保养不及时等问题。应提高场地利用率,合理规划场地布局,增加体育场地和设施等方面经费的投入,定期对体育场地和设施进行检查维修保养,排除安全隐患,定期组织开展形式多样、内容丰富的休闲体育活动来增强休闲健身活动的趣味性,满足群众日益增长的健身需求,助推全民健康。

The influence of Luopu Ecological Sports Leisure Park on the sports leisure behavior of the residents on both sides of the river before and after its construction is studied by means of questionnaire survey,and it is found that the construction of the riverside ecological green space has a positive impact on the leisure sports behavior of the residents.Frequency,duration and intensity of residents’sports have increased in varying degrees.The forms and items of residents’leisure sports activities are diversified.The“riverside ecological park”has become the most frequently chosen place for residents to have sports and leisure activities.More can be done,however,such as improving the rationality of park planning,increasing the number of sports facilities,and sustaining maintenance of both the ground and facilities,while improving utilization rate of sports venues,increasing investment,and regularly organizing leisure sports activities of various forms and rich content to enhance the interest of leisure sport activities,meet the growing need of the residents in keeping fit,and boost the whole people healthy.
